Request account deletion

To request deletion of your Chatly account and associated data, contact Chatly support. You do not need to reinstall the app to initiate a request.

1. Email suppport_chaly@outlook.com with the subject Chatly account deletion.
2. Include the phone number registered with Chatly, including the country code. State whether you also want optional cloud backups removed, or if you are requesting deletion of particular data only.
3. We will respond with the steps needed to verify ownership and process your request. Do not email OTP codes, passwords or private encryption keys.

What your request covers

You can request removal of your account/profile, device and linked-session records, notification registrations, optional backup/recovery data and associated service-held data. Support will confirm the scope and any information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or security reasons, together with applicable retention details.

Messages and media already received or saved by other users may remain in their copies. Signing out, uninstalling the app or clearing a chat is not account deletion.

This page initiates a support request by email. It does not automatically delete an account or claim that a request has been completed. If your email application does not open, copy the support address above into your email service.
